Grasshopper Posted June 2, 2019 Posted June 2, 2019 We've just created an alternate account on our home computer, and although the forums are recognizing the account (this one), when we go to log into the game, the game refuses the account saying the login name or password is wrong. We've triple-checked everything, even changed the password, and get the same results. However the original account, when we tested it, does log in just fine. I suppose, since the game has no cost that we could have two people use one account, since we wouldn't be on simultaneously, but I'm more concerned why the second account is not working. I don't know Tequila well. Would it be interfering somehow, or is the game login always bound to a single player per computer? That doesn't sound very effective in a household of players. We're using a Windows 7 Pro computer, if that helps.
Korbian Posted June 2, 2019 Posted June 2, 2019 Each account has to link to its own individual forum account, so you will need a separate forum account to create a separate game account.

You have to create each separately and the game account is what you use to log in to CoH, not the forum account. Go here if you haven't set that up yet: https://forums.homecomingservers.com/account/
