Cannot Log into Game (after launcher) and no settings get saved

Hey Y'all,

 

New player and I could not find my issue in the forum. 

 

After launching the game, it does not allow me to log in. Saying that the username or password is incorrect. I have already changed my password and the new one does not work either. I gave it about 24 hours since downloading it and creating an account in case something needed to happen in the back end. Either way, I cannot log into the game. 

 

Another weird issue is that I cannot apply the cahnges to the audio in the settings of the log in screen. Not sure if this is related, but yeah, anyone know what to do?

Welcome to game.   Not sure if this is the issue but sometimes forum and game account are two different accounts.  I do recommend never use the same password on multiple accounts.

or Account on menu bar above and select Game Account

Exactly, go to the "Account" tab at the top of this page while logged into the forums, and select "Game Account", you need to set the Username and Password for the Game there.
