Dual Blades/ Willpower Scrapper build help needed

Recommended Posts

Hello theorycrafters. I am in need of a build for my DB/WP scrapper but I no longer remember all the ins and outs of our wonderful game. Would anyone be able to shoot me a Mids build (or whatever is currently the best building tool)? I am looking for high surviveability with plenty of damage on top. Plan to use SS, Leadership, and Body Mastery. Not worried about cost so go wild with the IO's. Even if I could look over some builds so I could work on one I would be fine with that.

We're currently using an update of Mid's called Pine's.

Here's a basic build.

No-Set Builds: Tanker Scrapper Brute Stalker

Most ppl make builds where things like strength of will or other tier 9s are unnecessary.

As far as the 44-50 lvls, Jack probably left those open for whatever you like. Ancillary Pool Powers are really a matter of personal taste.

Edit:

I just looked at Jacks build in Pines. He's got you one purple insp from softcapped def, at scrapper hardcap for s/l res, great regen. A very survivable scrapper with decent damage output.

i'm playing this build, hit 50 yesterday.

But i can see no reasons to keep hasten.there is so little waiting time for one of the combos, so first toon without hasten 🙂

also, i do not like to miss, so i go with tactics and more acc from macos bite.

beside that, thanks for sharing!

Again. This is very interesting. I was playing my level 7 MA/Will scrapper (A remake of the main MA/Regen I had from up to I7). I took Hasten at level 6, but with training enhancements only, and having to focus on attack and defence, I have no slots on it. And am having endurance issues. I have been looking on the scrapper build forums for anything including MA or Willpower, wondering to drop it altogether or take it later. I can see a respec coming as soon as able.
