Here is what I was going for, as much recharge as I could, hit cap for +3 (+4 optional), Def soft cap in most, Patch PSI as much as I could, as much damage as I could fit in with a solid ST and AOE. As always any help would be appreciated. Is energy drain necessary/fun? I have not done EA before! Vengeful Arrow Posted October 8, 2021 Share Posted October 8, 2021 I can't really comment on the build as s whole because I haven't played energy at or since live. I do know that energy drain us a staple and should be slotted well. All the numbers it gives are per target. So any endurance and most important defense are going to be improved for every enemy you hit. I always considered it necessary but 8 don't know with IOs and such. Someone else will surely chime in.
