Tequila closing after opening

Is this a known issue? Today, whenever I open Tequila, it closes about 2 seconds later. The only thing in my system that I've changed is I updated my intel graphics card drivers from 2016

I had the same problem.  What worked for me was, opening the windows task manager and seeing if there is an instance of resurgence still running. If there is close it. Hopefully that is your problem.
