ezren Posted June 3, 2019 Posted June 3, 2019 I've got a water/time blaster that has a concept I like (recolored water red for a hemomancer), but I have no idea how to slot his powers since both of the sets are new and there's not much information available. Also, I never got a character past 30 when the game was live. I'm hoping to be able to use time's control and debuffs to solo effectively while looking for groups (villains don't have too many players), but also provide some utility to a group along with the debuffs from water. I'm looking to slot up all my powers once I hit 22 and can make IOs as effective as SOs. Any advice on how to slot up my powers? Also, any power pools I should be looking at to provide more defenses (maybe hover or stealth?)
