Join the LFG channel in game (the chat channel AND the chat tab already exist) and follow this flawless pattern:

When you log on "Level [whatever] looking to join radio missions, please send tell! [Insert humorous tidbit to show that you're awesome]"

 

If within 3 mins you have no invitation, switch to the following: ""Level [whatever] assembling a team for radio missions, please send tell! [Insert humorous tidbit to show that you're awesome]"

 

You will have a workable group within 6 mins of your logon point.
