Winter Event badges for Winter Horde defeats not awarding to Vigilante Alignment

Hi!  I've defeated a lot of Winter Horde mobs over the last day, no badge yet.  I seem to recall alignment sometimes causing an issue?  Is that still the case?

Oh, Night Frost is the character name.  On Indomitable.

I collected all of the Winter Event badges (except Frozen Fury, the Winter Lord defeat badge, which i haven't attempted) with a Vigilante yesterday.  Cold Warrior is 100 Winter Horde creatures defeated, it's listed under the Events category of the badge menu, look there, you should see a progress bar.
