Ice Armor's Energy Absorption -- Description does not match Detailed Info

On Ice Armor for tankers, Energy Absorption's description says that power increases Defense for all but Psionics. Actually, it only increases defense against Smashing, Lethal, Fire, Cold, Energy and Negative Energy.

Toxic Defense wasn't actually a thing until very, very recently. So that is all but Psi. Or was.
