So, SOME of the powers give you some basic information about them when you hover over them, some give you information right in their descriptions, but most have neither. Right clicking does nothing. I'd kinda like to know the mechanics of what Im buying, so is there anywhere where it's listed? And if not, does the "revoke" option work if Ive bought a power, used a charge, then realized it wasnt what I wanted so I can test these things out?
