Technofreak Plaques Not Awarding Progress

Just rotated through all of the Technofreak Badge Plaques in Cap Au Diable about 3 times on a relatively fresh character (one that didn't already have the badge); couldn't seem to get it for some odd reason. Tried clicking on them both grounded and flying, to no luck. Not sure if it's affecting multiple people at the moment. Logging out and back into the character didn't award the badge (or progress), nor did it award when using a different character that also lacked the badge. 

 

Just in case y'all need coordinates (not sure, but eh):

-The Plaque at [1707,0,-1107]

-The Plaque at [-2429, 224, -936]

-The Plaque at [2345, 3, 1542]

 

Oddly enough, other Plaques in the game give me credit for reading/clicking on them (The Might For Right Act and King's Row plaques, for example).

IIRC, Technofreak history badge does not show your progress, but you will (or at least should) get the badge after visiting and clicking on all three plaques.  It's part of the High Pain Threshold red side accolade and I get it with every character.

 

So, double check to make sure that you've clicked on all three plaques, and also make sure that you don't already have the badge.
