Launcher not starting game.

Hi ya'll I've been having a lot of issues with the game. Basically when I launch from the Homecoming launcher the game says loading but then the loading bar disappears and the game doesn't launch.

 

Ive tried reinstalling, moving the files, trying both 64 and 32 bit modes but nothing works. I was abel to launch the game using the old launcher but that was only the Titan Icon version, the others still didn't launch. Ive also made sure to turn off all fire walls and anti viruses. If it helps I'm also using a laptop with an Intel HD 520 graphics card.
