I've scoured over the various Katana and Electric Armor builds that I've seen posted on the forums and on the Homecoming Discord server, and I've come up with the following build that I am currently working towards.  The build aims for recharge and melee defense.  Please let me know if I'm off base on anything, or missing something:

I haven't decided on the Destiny yet, although I'm leaning towards the Ageless Radial Destiny.  Still, I have a long way to go to get to that point so I'll worry about that later.
