See the screen shots, I don't see it as an option with Luna I've tried as both Hero and Villain, with the same result. Apparition Posted April 29, 2022 Share Posted April 29, 2022 It's not an anniversary badge like that. The Elusive badge is an anniversary of the City of Villains launch badge.
