Def Summon Coralax not taking to hit debuff sets, in game text and City of Data state otherwise

Defender confirmed to not take to hit debuff sets.  (and likely Corruptor)
Dark Watcher's despair tested.

Both in game and City of Data say it should.

Summon has no power of this type, text and set indicator should be changed.

Immobilize and Stun sets would be appropriate. (it does not currently take these)
