What are the better powers to put the ATOs in a Poison/rad blast build?

Looking for some suggestions. Doing a mostly debuff and proc out build.wanted some suggestions on where to put the set and proc at to help with a duo run of the game then where to put it at 50+ content for general use AV/monster hunting and TFs/iTrials

Assuming you have Proton Volley slotted with Sting of the Manticore, my recommendation would be to 6-slot Defender's Bastion in Irradiate and to split Vigilant Assault with 3 pieces in Cosmic Burst and 3 pieces in either Neutron Bomb or Electron Haze. (Splitting Vigilant Assault allows you to double up on the 10% recharge bonus for 3 pieces.)
