Luminara Posted July 5, 2022 Share Posted July 5, 2022 The bug is the info panel, not the power. Cross Punch's +Recharge is 5% if Boxing or Kick is taken, 10% if both are taken. The way the buff is set up causes the info panel to freak out, as the panel was designed back in... Issue 11, I think, and it doesn't have the capability to properly collate and display the correct info. That 100% Strength stat is the base multiplier for the modifiers applied by Boxing and Kick (those modifiers being 0.05), with none of the accompanying math performed (100 * 0.05 = 5). Note the similar display issues in the damage and ToHit, both of which simply show "Special". Same thing. 1 Get busy living... or get busy dying. That's goddamn right.
