Just messing around with a build and could use some help not really sure what I am doing. Am I going way over on defense while it would be better to try and get more resistance? Thanks

I considered making a KM/SA Stalker but went with Staff instead. This is what I would have rolled with if I did. Our stats are really similar. Softcap to S/L/E/N/P; high +res to F/C/T. There are a lot of IOs boosted to +5 in my build below.

 

I ended up chasing +regen. Since SA can reach max HP easily, it's regen is better than most other Stalker secondaries. Including the Power Transfer x4 and Panacea IOs, this build should have an average of around 67 hp/s regeneration. But I think your build looks good and will serve you well.
