Willpower in PvP on a Brute?

How is it? Does it perform alright? I was told once upon a time that "Rise to the Challenge" made a hole in the Willpower build that killed the powerset. I haven't had alot of experience with the Powerset in PvP at all, hence why I'd love to know from anyone that may have tried it.

WP doesn't really bring much to the table for brutes.  No active sustain unless you are standing next to someone for long periods of time and even then it is just weaker than other options out there.
