About to Respec: Cross the Streams

Alright, as the title says i'm looking to Respec an old alt, named Cross the Streams.  I'm looking for slotting options for my Radiation powers.  He will only be using SO's.  My secondary is Beam Rifle, which could use slotting options.  

 

Here's what the build looks like, i didnt put the slots in, because i want your advice.
