Mission: confirm layout of council tunnel

I have a mission in Striga, as per the post title. The way-point is in the middle of a pond. There is nothing there, nor is there anything in the area that world be a tunnel or tunnel entrance. Does anyone have any info on this mission? Both Bing and Google, as well as the various fan sites and wikis come up empty.

Confirm layout of Council tunnel
Council Geological Surveillance:
 These reports mention some seismographic readings from within the tunnels that locals have dubbed 'The Wolf's Throat'. Apparently, the Council's chain of command suspects the source of the activity is from the masses of Banished Pantheon husks that have recently started emerging from nearly every crevice within the subterranean structure. That sounds terrifying, you do not envy any soldiers assigned to guard duty within. You imagine this has to be impacting the Council's operational efficiency. Mapping this underground pathway for yourself seems like a good use of your time. It is a brief respite for the greater Paragon City to have the Council's efforts being undermined by these developments with the Banished Pantheon. Likely the entirety of Striga Isle  would be under Council dominion if not for these setbacks. You will be sure to capitalize on the opportunities circumstances have afforded you.

there's a tunnel entrance near the maw or wolf's mouth(???), I forget the marker name. The tunnel entrance is quite a ways from the actual door, so it's a bit counter intuitive. It's in the same league of hard to find entrances as the Faultline and St. Martial ones. But once you've found it, you'll definitely remember it in the future. Another trick is to purchase TP to mission from P2W so you'll be transported directly to the mission door.

Found it, thanks very much. You have to go into the base . The entrance at wolfs maw (badge 7) is the entrance to the base. Further in you can drop down into the tunnel.

 

More detail if anyone needs it.
