Bug Found: Crashes game, freezes entire PC system

I made a new character, loaded into galaxy city tutorial and thought to test what type of text Homecoming supports to maybe make a creepy battle cry.

 

I copied text from https://lingojam.com/CreepyZalgoTextGenerator into local chat, specifically: "m̴̧̭͉͓̺͖͚̬̹̯̲̳̒̄̎̾͜ỏ̸̢̻̥̭̦͎͖̏͘͝u̶̼͝t̷̛̖͖͉̰̊̅̾͒͐̓̾̋̏̒͘͝͝ͅh̵̢̡̙͉̫̞̱̠̝̗̣̒̋̐͂̊̅̚̚ͅs̷̥̮̀̄̈́͂̀̐̏̊͒̽͗̈́̈́̓͒.̶̖̌̈́̏̿̊̌̾"

Froze the game, froze my system, waited approx 5 minutes before attempting ctrl-alt-del - had to force shutdown homecoming. Game loaded back up and to the character with no issues. No idea if known or not but I figured I'd report it. No idea if the text 'comes out' and impacts other players or not.

I can't say for sure, but I suspect that the problem may be with the amount of Unicode outside of the subset that City of Heroes supports, and the way it handles glyphs that aren't in the chat font.

It also dislikes ☮ and a few others like ¯\_( ❛︠ ͜ʖ ︡❛)_/¯ doesn't freeze up the whole computer just the game usually or does a you have been forcibly removed from etc. when entering the base after putting those symbols in a bio.
