Add Symphony Control animations as an alternate animation set for sonic powersets.

The new symphony control is a wonderful addition, and the musical note animations are pretty. However, I am certain I'm not the only one that likes to experiment with concept builds (for example an archer bard with archery as the primary set). So this is a pretty simple request to add the new animations from Symphony Control to the other sonic sets as an alternate animation set for aesthetic/concept purposes.

Yep, people been asking for the Siren's sonic animations for sonic attacks since the Siren was introduced. Symphonic Control's animations would be a nice substitute.
