Game uses the wrong graphics card

I am playing from a laptop with a nvidia and an integrated intel graphics card.For some reason it refuses to use the nvidia card i tryed forcing it in the Nvidia control panel and by right clicking and selecting it to run with the nvidia card.Game still lunches in half the normal resolution with a message ontop of the screen that my intel card drivers are outdated.
