Well I wanted to get a sturdy scrapper with plenty of healing. I wanted to be the last guys standing AND do damage. The gimmick here is in Kick. That force feedback IO with the chance for recharge+ is a monumental recharge increase. It makes perma haste, it brings Shadow Meld to 1 second of down time, it turns this build into a defense machine. But it is just a gimmick. Without it everything is ho hum and why did you spend so many slots for no real benefit you silly scrapper. Is there a better way, is there a better build? I am not dissatisfied with Bio exactly, it plays a lot like regen. Strong right up until it gets overwhelmed and then it folds instantly. And I'm not into shield defense even though I know it is a great secondary, probably better than bio for face-tanking groups. Still, I was hoping the -to hit for dark along with the elevated defenses would help survive hard single targets like bosses or AVs. Looking for strong defenses without giving away all damage. Don't think haste is the way to go? Whats your direction? What do you think?
