Electric Affinity in ITF 4 Star - 30+ minutes (Build included specifically for the 4 Star ITF and AEON R)

1. A few notes on incarnates 

If you are electric/electric then go Agility T4.  The endurance mod pays off very well, and you still get a very high recharge buff, but you also can't go wrong with Spiritual. 

If you are NOT electric/electric then I highly suggest Spiritual Core for the healing buff.

2. Incandescence Core for the nearly double healing amounts and the Team TP to rez all dead In one shot tactic.

If you are doing AEON, then switch your build to Mu Mastery because you want Charged Armor for the energy resists. 
You will lose out on Power Build.  That shield is super good. 
If you don't want that then keep Soul for PB.

Hello Voltak, in the video your Build is with Sentinel, Tough and Weave. Is there a difference? Could you post this version?
