Force Bubble (now Damping Bubble)

hello I just did some pvp tests to better understand the usefulness of this power and I realized that it does not affect the effects does not affect the  enemies unless I am mistaken but by im doing tests on both sides, slowing down the decrease in defense precision
with or without the bubble the debufs stats are always the same 

 

ps: a force field ultimate I would have preferred it to give a small defense boost to those who are inside But that's just my opinion

Dampening Bubble gives you Defense Debuff Resistance, and applies a Debuff to enemy Debuffs in the radius. It doesn't affect their stats directly, it makes any debuffs (like -ToHit or -Defense) that they might try to use on you worse.

 

The easiest way to test its effectiveness in a PVP zone would be to have someone use a toggle that does a debuff (like one of the dark anchors) use it on you while you're unprotected; while only you are in the bubble; and while both of you are in the bubble and see how much debuff you actually get.
