Stalker, tank, blaster, etc. And I am not sure on this but allow it to build Assassin Focus stacks if it does not. Blaster>Ice Manipulation>Shiver also get a Moderate DoT? Might also want to retool the numbers so its melee range/mid range only if you do add damage to it
