Starfleet: Need a bind or two

I wasn't sure where to post this, but my character: Starfleet is a Controller.  I need a couple of binds.  One that says:  Raise the Shields and the second bind that says: Shields Up and maybe a third that says Shields Dropping.  Thanks in advance.

/bind [key] say "Raise the shields!"

 

[key] = whatever key or combo of keys you want.  So, if you want to bind to your "H" key:  

 

/bind h say "Raise the shields!"

 

...then replicate with other keys and other phrases.
