  1. I don't think this is a bug. The "Find a Contact" feature has never given all contacts in a level range. It only provides some of the main ones and others that may be out of level range as well as they seem "hard-wired" in (ie Fireball, the First and Night Ward starter contacts, Montague, etc). The only way i can see to do this is to read the wiki and find the contacts yourself to go through them all to make sure you do not skip any. And some of the older contacts Heroside, offer the same missions/arcs as another, so you won't be able to repeat them from that other contact (they'll offer you nothing). And As for Gold Side, as Rudra stated, you cannot do the Nova, Imperial, or Neutropolis content as well (except through Ouro) - you have to be a Praetorian to do those. And if you were a Praetorian, you then could not do the Primal arcs until you get to lvl 20 and go through the portal, and then you'd have to do all the lvl 1-19 Primal content through Ouro.
  2. yes, if they are on the league, correct. But if not, then it would.
  3. Hami raids were never league events initially.... they were just teams and soloists banding together to take him down. This happened for many, many, many issues until i20 when leagues were created with the incarnate trials and thusly, also help facilitate communications on these zone events. I'm not saying leagues are bad - they are good and have greatly improved the experience and made it SO much easier to do these events. But using that as an excuse to eliminate good soloists who can tag a long and contribute just to punish bad ones... I'm not for that. WE as players are not here to punish others - we are here to play a game. If people are misbehaving to cause a raid to fail - then we have a duty to be good security guards (with no real power) to report them and the Devs/GMs (the police with real power) punish them.
  4. Sounds like more hami raids are needed then. This happened on Torch. During peak time, the Hive was filling early so they started doing an "earlybird" Hami raid before the regular one. And then there was a 3rd one - the "afterhours" raid. And all 3 were done every night of the week. Different leaders for the different raids. Now, we're down to 2 per night, but it will go back up eventually.
  5. I get this. I understand it completely. I've led things as well and experienced similar. I know how hard people work to organize and run these events and it's greatly appreciated. And yes, unfortunately, there are always those selfish a-holes who only care about themselves and want to take advantage of the situation. And yes, I know it sucks to work hard as a team/league and see these people doing practically nothing to get the same reward you are working hard for. But the other side to that is, if 6 or so people are just AFKing / leeching - do they cause a "Yellow Dawn"? Do they cause the raid to fail? I doubt it. Did they prevent you from doing what you came to the Hive/Abyss to do (hunt GMs, then the Mitos, and then Hami)? No, they did not. Again, unless they grief in some way to cause a raid to fail - then they really have no impact on you or what you do. Ignore them and be happy about your experience. This is also part of the reason I sometimes hate being on the Hami/MSR leagues - all the b*tching, griping, complaining, and negativity that gets spouted in the league channel. I don't care that these people are doing what they're doing - I'm there to do my part and have fun. They can be selfish jerks if they want, but it's not going to impact me or my experience. And I still don't think this is huge enough of an issue to make an instanced Hami raid. Additionally, I hate the Instanced MSR because it takes away the feeling that you're defending your city. And an instanced Hami raid would ruin that feeling (for me) as well. It's a great feeling traveling to the Hive/Abyss/RWZ to do these raids in their actual zones.... it makes you feel heroic in rushing to battlefield to defend your city against these great threats. Rushing to smugglers ship or rushing to Eden and going through the gates of the hive - it's adds something to the experience. Just porting from wherever you happen to stand into a magical land that looks like your city/zone ruins that immersion and experience. If it's implemented, ok, whatever. I'll be disappointed, but it won't ruin my day, but it will make me less apt to join a Hami raid. As I already rarely do the instanced MSRs. And if it's really justice you want.... When you're defeating Hami and they are AFK'ing AOEs or jumping in for their few hits... Incan the league out and let Hami kill them. Doing that right as the mitos respawn too. Sure, you'd have to kill the mitos again. but you could also do it again at 50% and 25% Hami health. You could get a little justice/revenge that way, and just perhaps, they might learn a lesson. 😄
  6. I really do not see the need for an instanced raid. The zones are already locked for level appropriateness and there can only be a certain amount of people in them anyway before a second Hive/Abyss is spawned. So, they basically already are instanced in that regard. And just because one is not on the league, it doesn't mean they are leeching or misbehaving. Most of the time I join the league, but there are times i don't want to deal with all the gabbing and nonsense that goes on the in league channel and I want a nice quiet hami experience. It's easy to follow the group and contribute whether dealing damage, buffing, debufffing, controlling, or all. One can do a full raid, kill GMs, kill mitos, (or dole out the buffs/debuffs), and kill Hami without being on a league or team. So, just because you find someone not on the league, doesn't mean they are a bad / selfish player and/or up to nefarious reasons. If there is specific griefing happening during a Hami raid - like hiding buds, then those individuals should be reported.
  7. Agreed - I vote a hard no on this as well, as existing toons would not be able to get the badge. And yeah, doorsitters getting PL'd to 50 would get it within hours with no risk. It would be greatly abused in that way. And then it would also just encourage people to PL to 50, and then go backwards to do content, which is not the point of the game.
  8. I too have hated the constant roaring of these darn things - it's why i never made a Demon MM. And still just standing near others with them drives me mad. So, thankfully, someone early on with Homecoming coming back made silent sound files for them. I do not know if they are in the modder tool or not, but here they are: DemonSummoning.zip Just unzip and drop them in your game files: Homecoming > Data > Sound > Ogg > DemonSummoning (Create folders as necessary.) The whipcrack sound files are there too. If you like that sound, then just do not add those files to the folder. If they aren't in the modder, if someone wants to put them there, go right ahead.
  9. You also are partially incorrect. You can switch and be undercover in Nova, Imperial, and Neutropolis. Being "undercover" has nothing to do with warden/crusader or responsibility/power storylines... it is simply switching sides from your original alignment, and then when running arcs from your NEW alignment, you will be presented with opportunities to call up either Calvin Scott or Marchand (depending on your original alignment). These opportunities occur in all factions: Warden, Crusader, Responsibility, and Power - and in arcs in all 3 zones. So... If you started Resistance, then switch to Loyalist, and while running Loyalist Responsibility and Power story arcs, you will see Blue text in your mission dialogue prompting you to call Calvin Scott for your "undercover" reporting. If you started Loyalist, switch to Resistance, and while running Resistance Warden and Crusader story arcs, you will see Yellow text in your mission dialogue prompting you to call Marchand to for your "undercover" reporting. Again, this can happen in all three zones: Nova, Imperial City, and Neutropolis. Most don't get to do it very much, especially in Nova, because of out leveling. But if you turn off earning xp at times, you can experience it all. @NoRA
  10. This is not true.... it is being within range of them when they die. It has nothing to do with taking damage while someone is melee range. I've knocked Super Stunners away from melee toons that have been wailing on them for a while, and then killed them without them rezzing. I've also been the melee toon hitting the Super Stunner and have walked away from it to let the ranged toons finish it off, as well as I have used my Nemmy staff to knock it away and finish it off with Black Wand or another ranged attack... it still doesn't rez. By what you are saying, any of these scenarios would still have them rez, but they actually do not. It is purely, if anyone is in range of them upon their death, they will rez. It's like the Dark rez and Dark self rezzes that require a foe within range to rez. It's jus the Super Stunners' rez is auto hit where ours require a tohit check.
  11. Hey! Welcome to the game and forums. Coordinates are: -896.0 -890.6 -1018.0 The wiki has a pic of where it is in the room: https://homecoming.wiki/wiki/Living_Dark_Badge If you haven't added the Vidiotmaps map-pack to your game, you should so you can more easily find it and other explore badges. You can find out how to install it here through the modding tool:
  12. I don't know about the T3 you slotted, but the T4 Radial does double hit. It works well on every toon I have it slotted on. But you have to remember, the double hit is a proc, and that means, it will not happen every time you activate a power. Assault Radial follows normal proc protocols and powers with faster base recharges proc less often than other powers with longer base recharges. Additionally, AOEs have a greater chance of a double hit to proc vs. single targets, but still, not every foe in the AOE will get double hit. Look at this post presented earlier in this thread. There is some great info in here. Read through, and re-look at your Assault Radial and I'm sure you'll find it does work. And you may find you need to adjust your attack chain to make it proc more often, or that you would be better suited to use the Assault Core instead.
  13. You are correct, the text is misleading and is wrong.... However, Vorpal Radial does not provide any DDR at all. It DOES give Def to all. I just retested it on my blaster and I get 27.62% Def to all for 10s and my DDR remains at 0%. City of Data also confirms it's defense to all: https://cod.uberguy.net/html/power.html?power=incarnate.judgement.vorpal_total_radial_judgement So, the text needs to updated to state "X% to Defense (All)" Additionally, in City of Data, it states it affects 30 foes max. But the in-game text states "up to 40 max." I know I've affected more than 30 mobs with it before (like Market Crash at the end with the huge field of Sky Raiders. 3 groups of 15+ each and all but a few are affected). But nevertheless this inconsistency also needs to be looked at and fixed.
  14. Techno-Bunny's 3 best-est friends in the world.... Shooty, McBlasty, and Sir Cuddles - because he's the cuddliest!
  15. Wrong thread for a suggestion like that, but yeah, I agree - i've never really been fond of the newer look. But THANKFULLY, the Rikti are no longer naked!! 😄
  16. 55 capsules (solo) and I got all badges and all the goodies.
  17. Glad to know just zoning will work and you don't have to log off/back on like I was doing.
  18. As I posted above, the temps you keep in your trays for regular use (like the Env Daggers, flight packs, macros, and etc) will return to their pre-respec position in your trays. It's only the empty spots in your trays that fill with the other random temps you may have. ...at least this is what I've observed after logging out and back in immediately after several respecs. Again, I am sure this is a happy accidental bug, but still quite useful until something more formalized can be made as the OP asks for.
  19. I have always seen the crystals show up once you get the truly last single mob left on the map. This has always been the case for whenever the system was implemented - whether it was back on live, or Homecoming... I can't remember when the system was implemented. But the crystals and prison doors have always shown with 1 foe left. This also happens with 5th Column / Council maps where there is a jail - those doors will appear on the map as well.
  20. The numbers would be the same as all other judgments - the base value is normalized across all. The Core sides will have minor variations due to the bonus damage. The Radial Side will need to be determined what the extra effect is (control, debuff, etc). But on the whole the damage output is the same per mob. Really, the biggest difference numbers-wise is how many foes the judgement can affect. Ion (both sides) and Vorpal Radial has the most at 40 peeps potentially affected. Most others, the Core side affects 24 and Radial side affects 32 (except Cryo which is 32 peeps on both sides, and Vorpal Core is 30). So, it would be interesting to see what the devs would pick if this became an option. I would think a missile/nuke strike could also be up to 40 peeps (both Core and Radial), but no telling how the devs originally came up with how many each could affect.
  21. I like this idea of having a tech-based judgement. We have elec, fire, ice, classic superhero ground punch (mighty), martial arts / natural (vorpal), and a negative (void).... there really isn't anything for a tech theme. ....I'd also like to see a psionic judgement for all our mentalists out there.
  22. I know... that's why I said it would be the cherry, sprinkles, and whipped cream for the devs to do the code work to make it happen without a patch.... i know it won't happen, but one can dream.
  23. Procs in Storm Cell does not work all that great, if at all. Storm Cell basically does not affect your foes at all until you use your other powers, then it procs damage depending on how much damage you slot. So, putting a proc in it would proc off another proc's chance... so it would rarely, if ever, go off. You're better served placing them elsewhere.
  24. I'd rather see the skies change. It's not always overcast or sunny - even the Rogue Isles which tend to dirty, grimy, and overcast, should see sunny days. And even Talos Island should get cloudy skies. We already fade/transition into day/night in each zone, so I would think it's possible to fade into a dreary/sunny day occasionally from whatever the norm is now. And the cherry, sprinkles, and whipped cream on top would be if we could get rainy days once in a while and snow in the winter months in other zones outside of Atlas Park. 🙂
  25. Here are a few of the portals from Steel Transit Authority (STA) - the travel base (and much more!) for the Steel Authority supergroup on Torchbearer. Passcode: STA-8822 It's set on several islands in the Shadow Shard where water has teleportative properties. A giant floating ring portal for all air traffic from the airport.... Boats have their own portal to/from the Paragon City, Rogue Isles, and the STA Travel Hub.... Some fountains like these throughout will take you to the other islands and even to city zones.... All central fountains in the temple can also take you to all zones....
