Hello Everyone,

 

EDIT: This issue appears to be resolved. Thank you for your patience!

 

Right now we are experiencing an in-game issue with missing emails and Global friends/Global chat channels. Please bear with us as we investigate. Please do not send in additional support requests as this is a known issue.

 

We will update you as soon as we know more. Thank you!
