What are Project Ouroboros actually doing?

I know this isn;t really anything to do with us here as we're using SCORE's Client but I wasn't sure where else to ask.

 

Are OuroDev just fixing/finalising the I24 client?

 

or are they then planning to release their own updates/development/features?
