issues installing tequila

these are the errors i get. I have deleted all anti viruses and any other malware related software that would cause it to break. i also ran the installation file in administrator mode. these are the errors. im downloading the file straight from the website.

Seems like tequila has had some issues with hosts that have the files while I have been busy with RL.
