I thought they were trying to portray Atomic Skull at first, and finally realized it was meant to be Derek Powers.  If they were going to do a Batman Beyond, Keaton is at the right age to play Bruce.  Tom doesn't really strike me as Terry though.  Terry's much edgier.

I didn't think so at first either, but I've kinda come around to it.  It's very much a YMMV thing...  This was mostly because Batman Beyond badly needs a movie, and Michael Keaton is more-or-less the right age to really make it work.
