can't launch Coh after completing install!!

I bought a new Mac installed coh it was working fine..had an issue with that laptop got a new one installed it and now it won't launch after install..some one help please

I've tried both methods outlined and I feel like I'm so close maybe something simple I'm missing but these are the errors I get when trying to get on.
