Captain Fabulous Posted April 29, 2023 Share Posted April 29, 2023 Pretty sure Ice Blast used to do cold/smashing damage at one point (Mids lists Bolt, Blast, and Bitter as cold/smashing, but in-game and CoD says only cold) with the exception of Ice Storm which is cold/lethal. Chilling Ray boosts smashing damage but none of the powers in the set currently do any smashing damage. So I'm guessing this was an oversight when the smashing damage was pulled out? 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
