AH purchases disappearing at time of pickup

In multiple sessions now, I've had auction purchases disappear when I click on them to acquire.  Specifically, it has always happened with crafted enhancements, and has, so far, only occurred when I'm collecting multiple items from the AH.  This last time, for example, I collected two separate IO purchases, and the third IO purchase I collected disappeared.  Not in AH, not in the enhancements tray, out the INF, though fortunately, this time it was an inexpensive Interrupt Duration IO.  I wasn't so lucky with INF loss on a previous occasion. 

 

I suppose I should also point out that there are other purchased goods of various kinds still in the Bought tab when the loss happens. Don't know if that helps, but I'd rather err on the side of too much info.
