Flames of Prometheus Conversion badge

This may already be known.  Did the wizard mortimer SF and got flames of prometheus buff.  Went to accolade to convert to Notice of the Well to try to get the "Flames of Prometheus Conversion" badge and nothing happened. Also lost my buff.  Wondering if there is any way to actually get this badge to display and if not - is there any way to reinstate the buff if not?

I did understand the logic behind it but that badge never showed up (the Flames of Prometheus conversion) after the SF or after converting.  But I guess if it doesnt count, no harm no foul
