Model-replacement missions not accounting for all costume pieces

In Matthew Habashy's "Look for evidence about the Hellions' next move" mission, where you infiltrate a Hellion safehouse, there is a known issue where a female character with a tail retains the tail when assuming the Girlfriend from Hell model. I have found that the model replacement also does not handle collars properly:

 

The model replacement correctly removes the character's cape, but fails to remove the collar, as well.
