Storm/Storm by request

Got an email asking for a build. I have not played storm blast, so if I didnt take a major power that is needed, let me know. @MarineVocals2021

 

Corruptor might be a bit more sustainable endurance-wise as there is the extra end proc you can use. I should note though that I really prefer water/storm or storm/water as the water heal allows you to live in harder content.
