Issue recovering game account

I have tryed the automated methods of recovering an account with no luck is there a way to get admin assistance

File a Support ticket at the tab at the top of the screen, they may require you to have access to the email account you used when you created your Homecoming account. You will also need your game account name. Be patient and they will get you fixed up in no time.

What do you mean? Another forum account you can't access? Your game account?

its a game account that I can not access

If the Game Account is associated with the " slo644 " Forum Account, you will see the Game Account User Name in the Blue Bar when you click on Account then Game Account at the top of this page. Make sure it matches what you are trying to use to access the game. You can reset the password there.

If the Game Account is associated with a different Forum Account, you will need that Forum Account Name and access to the Email account you used to create the Account to move forward. If you can log into that account, check the Game Account there and make sure it matches what you are trying to use.

Either way, if you are having difficulty filing a Support Ticket is your best bet. Include as much information as possible, as this will streamline the process.

 

The Forum User Name and Game User Name may not be the same, The Passwords are not usually the same so you'll need to use the correct information.
