Getting a Team for First Ward Arcs

Okay, so I have this gal that has been sitting at 20 for a couple months now, brand spanking new out of Praetoria, and would really like to have her experience the First Ward and Night Ward arcs from the beginning, but with a team that is also experiencing from the beginning. (Really don't want to attempt to lead it though, since I can not lead and be useful at the same time).

 

Only tried First Ward briefly a couple times back in the Time Before(tm), and remember nothing of it because everyone would just speed run through it, leaving no time to actually read and experience the arcs, and if you tried, the next mission would likely be nearly over and done with by the time you even get inside).

 

So, that said, what is the best way to arrange something like this?  Been trying in the LFG channel, but no takers.

It may just be hard to organize. If you can wait for the weekend, I can go through at least part of it with you guys. It won't be my first time through but the Wards are some of my favorite content in the game. It's pretty long to go through the whole set of arcs I'd say. This sort of endeavor might be more reliable organized through an active SG maybe. Dunno. 

 

Edit: actually, come to think of it, would you miss dialogue by not being the team leader?
