As the topic states, looking for improvements on the attached build. Looking to maintain melee def cap and keep res solid.

1 slot Concentration. You can use those slots to add another Shield Wall to Hover and another LotG to CJ. That right there gives you 20% Regen. I figure that's better than some added movement and 28.11 HP. I could make a case for any of the high end Heal sets for Energize versus Harmonized Healing.
