NPC Parade in Skyway

There's a long parade of NPCs snaking back and forth. The path is roughly

[1504.2 -0.5 -6507.3]

[1488.3 -0.0 -7602.0]

It's the usual noncombat citizen NPCs -- no faction tag, no info, etc.

Is that in the grassy area west of exploration badge 7, 'Left Behind'? If so, they were doing that back on Live, too.

No, it's the NW corner of the zone. Starting by the El Super Mexicano W of the Perez Park gate, goes W to the corner, then N to the corner, goes W about 10ft, then turns around and retraces it's steps.
