Vial of Bees Temporary Power added to P2W vendor

Hey all,

I recently created a Role-Play character on the Everlasting server named Dr. Bees (After the Harry Partridge creation) and am trying to faithfully stick with the character concept.

There's a contact Victor von Grun who gives out a Temporary Power- Vial of Bees, a 3 use power that would be quite perfect for the character. Is there any way this could be added to be more accessible? The power is 3 missions into the arc and was looking for a way to keep the supply easier. I would gladly pay the Pay 2 Win vendor if need be if you simply added it there. Is there any way to look into this matter? I would greatly appreciate it!
