Hey guys I am putting the finishing touches on my build without using any super expensive purple sets. I am focusing on PvE content and I love to solo stuff. I have tried Touch of Fear and I feel like I didn't use it enough to warrant its selection. I instead picked up Air Superiority for the light control it provides.

 

This build provides 45% Melee Defense, 46.2% Ranged Defense, and 48% AoE Defense. It also provides 47.9% S/L Resist for extra survivability. I find that if I get chunked down its from either S or L damage so that was a goal to get them over 40%. My recharge without Hasten is 103.8%.

 

My current rotation is Smite - MG - Smite - Siphon Life. Will weave in Air Superiority with targets that require juggling or when I am hurt and need to juggle them with Siphon life to recover.

 

If anyone has any suggestions or obvious unique IOs that could really help that would be great (specifically for the Health power)! I have the money needed to buy the remaining items for this build.

Here's a bit of a change that gets you to permahasten and beefs up your resistance, defense, and regen/hp.  (And marginally better net endurance.)  You do lose about 10% global damage set enhancement, but from the reduction in gap before Midnight Grasp and Soul Drain it shouldn't be noticeable.  (You could also drop Elude for Assault...)

 

I admit I didn't quite understand what Air Superiority and Elude are doing for you.

Also thank you Jack for taking the time to come up with that. Unfortunately the changes you made do not work with how I play him.
