Unable to download crashhandler

Bitdefender antivirus will not let me download crashhandler.exe.  It says that there is a threat called Cloud.Icebreaker.lvW@dWA8Exdi.  Of course, Homecoming won't launch without it.

Have you tried it with the new launcher and whitelisted the launcher? Tequila is old and cranky and can be annoying. 

 

Part of the reason for having the launcher is Tequila has zero security and it's theoretically possible for a bad actor to supply a corrupted manifest. The launcher has some back end features that prevent that plus some useful little tools that solve a lot of the most common launching problems.
