Unable to receive Reset Password emails

Hi there!

 

I'm so excited for the news that Homecoming will be licensed by NCSoft. Huge things coming for City of Heroes!

 

So I was trying to log in, and seem to be running into the same issue.

 

I cannot remember which of my two main email addresses I used to sign up, and neither one is receiving the "reset password" email. Happy to provide any additional details if that would be helpful. Very excited to dive in with friends and experience one of our favorite games of all time again.

 

Please let me know if there's anything else you need from my end!

They are having an issue right now with outgoing emails. I would imagine once they resolve that you can likely get a password reset email sent.

Outgoing email fix has resolved my issue.  No need to contact me.
