Make sure to check your connection at home.  Maybe reboot your router.    I had an awful time after moving and found out my router had been flaking out, it's just in the new location, it was worse.  Replaced it, and viola, back to running at full speed again.  Before that, I had multiple lost connections, rubberbanding, and the DB connection loss.

 

Sometimes, rebooting the router does it.

Today I had a disconnect during a TF - only I lost connection and rest of the team was fine. Just a one-off. Rubberbanding is definitely noticeable at times. (Torchbearer server)
