Port Forwarding Issue

My husband has our network pretty locked down.

We opened the following TCP ports 2104, 2106, 443, 6994 and the UDP ports 7000-7200

I can't even ping the login server from my wired machine.

I can't login.

Are we missing ports?

Only other thing that comes to mind is allowing NAT on the router (if not shut off for security reasons).  With that, Port Forwarding shouldn't even be necessary.

Suggest hubby downloads Wireshark its free:  www.wireshark.org

 

Starts wireshark, with your fire pc firewall off... then you login to game as usual, will be able to see everything that needs to be opened up to play.

 

And he will get a new toy to play with.  With this tool you may also find some interesting things your TV is doing.  lol.
